The scrubber is a new type of gas purification equipment. It is based on the improvement of the floating filler layer gas purifier. It is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial exhaust gas purification and dust removal. The purification effect is very good. For coal gasification process, gas washing is inevitable, no matter what coal gasification skills are used in this unit operation. Because its operating principle is similar to the washing process, it is named washing tower.
Working principle
The fan group of the acid mist washing tower system sucks the collected exhaust gas into the acid mist washing tower and flows through the filling layer (gas / liquid touch reaction medium) to make the exhaust gas and the surface of the filling material flow (washing liquid) Touch to absorb acidic or alkaline dirt contained in the exhaust gas. After washing, the waste liquid is collected into the water collection tank, and then discharged to the wastewater system for treatment.
